This is a black and white Fender Strat look a like electric guitar made by Blast of Shanghai. It is a couple of inches shorter than a strat but has a similar body, neck and headstock shape. I don't know much about the company but believe from another forum post that this is probably a Blast Concise Electric Guitar.

As can be seen from the photographs it has 6 strings, tone and volume controls and a tremolo arm. It has a few minor dinks on the edges and a scratch on the plate at the back - none of which affects it's performance.
I am not much of a guitarist but have tuned and played it a little and has a nice tone - comparable to my 'real' Fender Strat. The bottom E string is a bit twangy, possibly needs restringing or the set up checking - it is not a guitar I have used so I know little about it and not being a guitar bod, cannot answer questions about the type of wood it is made of, pickups, humbuckers or anything technical, but all seems to work and sounds good!!
The guitar comes with it's own nylon carry bag which has a tear to the inner material, probably caused by the tremolo arm but is otherwise in good condition. It has a handy pocket on the front that is big enough to store spare strings, picks and a lead (Not Included!)
Although this is definitely a 'copy', according to several forum threads, it appears that the Shanghai BLAST company are legitimate and produce licensed copies of some guitar makes. I have no idea if that is true of this model.
